Alive in Christ & Killing Sin

Colossians 3:5-11

Christ is your life. You are raised with Him. Therefore:

1. Put to death your old lustful idolatry. (Col. 3:5-7)
2. Put off your old nastiness. (Col. 3:8-9a)
3. Because you have put off the old self and put on the new in Christ: (Col 3:9b-11)
   a. You are being renewed by God.
   b. You are a new humanity in Christ.
