Jesus: God the Word (part 2)

John 1:1-18

Jesus Christ is eternally God, the Word (John 1:1-2):

Part 1

1. He is the Creator, Life, and Light of the world. (John 1:3-5)

2. He is the object of John the Baptist's faithful witness. (John 1:6-8)

Part 2

3. He is the true Light who gives new life and adoption as God's children. (John 1:9-13)

4. He became flesh to make known the Father’s glory in grace and truth. (John 1:14-18)
